I suffer from frequent migraines from tension in my shoulders, neck and back. I got a massage from Gina to help break up the tension and help decrease the frequency of my migraines. Gina is very knowledgeable of the human frame and is able to locate all of my trigger points to help relax them. I was amazed at all the spots I was holding tension and not even knowing it.
