Absolute worst sign company I’ve ever worked with. So happy I’m deciding to take my business elsewhere. They just blame being under staffed and too busy. Over a week to do an instead on a new listing, they damage signs, damage sprinklers, get lost on deliveries, lose signs, awful customer service. The absolute pits. So happy to take my business elsewhere. Pathetic
I don’t understand how this company is still operating. They can’t put up 2 signs and posts in queens for over 2 weeks. When you call them, they say tomorrow (everyday) lol
Worst service ever. They damaged our sign when installing it, and then they dropped it off at the wrong location. We were never able to recover it. Instead of offering a refund, they only provided a store credit for the next time we used their service ( as if I would want to use their service ever again). For losing my sign, I was given a credit of $35. Save your money and sign, and use a different company.
