Horrible experience with this company. Realtors: do not put yourselves—or your clients—through this. After resolving a payment issue and confirming my sign wouldn’t be removed, they took it down anyway after payment was processed. Even worse? The customer service was shockingly unprofessional and dismissive. I was literally told, “If you don’t care about the money, just order it again.” Save yourself the stress—there are better companies out there who actually respect your business.
We have been using this company for some time now and are very happy with their services. They have great customer service, always answering the phone and are very helpful. Their system is easy to use and the communication is excellent. Everlast sends out email updates at every step of the sign process, from request, to posting and warnings when the sign is expiring. We are so grateful to have found such a reliable company!
I’m very disappointed with the service I’ve received from this company. I currently have two active listings, and at no point was anyone instructed to remove the signs from the properties—yet when I stopped by both locations, the signs were gone. Now, no one is answering the phone, which is extremely frustrating. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.
This company has gone straight to hell. I’ve been using Everlast Signs for over four years, and I’ve NEVER had an experience this unprofessional or infuriating. They installed my listing sign — then uninstalled it without asking. I called and told them it needed to go back up. They reinstalled it… and then took it down AGAIN a day or two later.
