Wasn't even in stock when i made the order, said it was. i still worked with them on shipping times. unfortunately, I heard the same story 4 TIMES! LITERALLY THE SAME THING, WORD FOR WORD BUT DIFFERENT PERSON ON THE PHONE. " we have a container coming in tomorrow and we can promise that it will ship out same day. i will contact you in confirm." On hold for hours multiple times. Glad I used a credit card.I had to dispute the charge to get my money back.
Their customer service is terrible. Alec needs help with customer management skills.
Tig welder failed in a matter of minutes. Extensive runaround and stalling tactics about warranty. Agreed to a refund, then welched on it the next day. Machines are labelled 'Made in Phillipines' not USA or China as everlast website claims. Junk products and scam company. Buy Miller or Lincoln, they are worth it.
Customer service sucks. This guy Alex is crazy. Has no clue about welding or his own products.
IF they eff up shipping a product that causes it to be lost, good luck on getting them to expedite shipment on replacement product if they are willing to fix their mistake. I have to wait another 7 days for it to make its way across the country when I was told I would have it tomorrow. Guess Millers are the top brand for a reason...
