Horrible customer service very rude
was really disappointed with my experience. I noticed the tools were reused, and acrylic was applied to my toenail while it was still damp. My big toenail was not green, soft, or damaged before my appointment. About three weeks later, it turned green and became soft. I can’t say for certain what caused it, but this has been a painful and expensive issue to deal with. I hope the salon takes sanitation and proper nail preparation more seriously. They do not know how to conduct a proper soak off nail removal technique. I have been getting my nails done for years. They will drill off perfectly healthy nails that will take years to remove. Additionally they were out of hand soap and when I told the nail tech he didn’t speak English or get someone else to understand me. I won’t be back. They need to learn what a proper soak off removal requires. My nails feel brittle & weak.
