I could not find a laptop messenger bag for my oversized 18" MSI Titan. Just got my first Everki and appreciate the thoughtful design with high-quality zippers, pockets and materials. Now, all I need is for them to design a roller case that accommodates my computer with backpack straps.
Terrible customer service, and poor product design. I’m 5 foot 10 and for my stride in an airport the handle on the roller bag was too short and my feet kept hitting the bag. The zippers are also difficult and a bit sticky. When I went to return the product, they informed me I cannot return a used product even though it’s within the 30 days.
