Annoying bright sensor lights in the bathroom
The lady at the front desk is rude and told me to tell my husband "the same courtesy will not be given next year if he doesnt book appropriately" we booked our room back in January and when we got there to check in they said we didnt have a reservation when he showed her the confirmation email she told us it was canceled on the 16th which we never got a notification for and she was trying to charge him an obscene rate and didnt want to honor the rate we had booked under even though it was canceled without any notification. Disappointed on several fronts: 1. that Google offered a cheaper rate than my platinum-staged benefits through Choice. 2. that there is no breakfast offering for nightly guests at what appeared like a premium rate/cost for the night, in the market 3. The receptionist was not customer-focused about my late arrival and asked me about pets, although I had none, but I felt she felt otherwise. Nonetheless, I won't be back.
