We have been to both locations (Brooklyn and Rivera Beach). The staff have all been friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They have always been on point managing the waiting room when other pets are nervous or not friendly with others. Dr Goodman has been amazing with our dog. He did an excellent job on her surgery for a huge aural hematoma. Her ear looks perfect with minimal scarring. Unlike the last vet that we went to who totally botched her ear. Highly recommend either location!
Having been a customer for over twenty years, it's nice to have a closer location to home. Everheart has been there supporting my pets from their first moments to the last with great care in between. From the front staff, to the doctors and to the techs you get outstanding service, compassion and are treated like family.
