Dekota replaced our water softener and our RO system, and also replaced a toilet that had started leaking. Dekota was awesome in explaining everything clearly and completely, so that we understood what was going to be done. He was efficient, and had all the tools ready, and obviously has done these repairs many times. He went above and beyond the repair, by checking other systems we asked him to check for us.
