I suppose they're okay for routine exams but they need to take the hospital out of their name. My dog was sick so I took her in and she was put on antibiotics and pepsid. She seemed to be doing better then went down hill. Called vet but they were booked up. Took her in Saturday morning and they let her wait 4 hours while she lay on the cold floor shaking.
