Initial Review upon movein- This is a great place, convenient to the hospital & Central Park, great people & a nice apartment. It seems there were some social issues in the past which are now resolved Update- still a nice place however. It's pretty dark inside. The apartments are not all remodeled so some of the units and appliances are dated. And worst of all for seniors, no one picks up your trash and it can be a LONG way to the trash shoot. This is the best kept secret in Fredericksburg. Yes, there was an issue years ago with religious freedom, but this is now resolved and this is an amazing place. Lots of activities and beautiful apartments.
