I had high hopes for this appointment, but it was a frustrating experience. My concerns were brushed off, and I was quickly offered long-term medication without much discussion or exploration of other possible causes. When I tried to raise questions, I felt talked down to. The testing that was ordered ended up being extremely expensive, and I wasn’t informed of the costs beforehand. Very happy with the care I received here. Front desk was very nice and professional. Dr. Ostrowski was great to work with and had good expertise.
Given unnecessary surgery and illness is unsolved. Emerisse Shen is cold, doesn’t listen, and lies in the after visit summaries. Blamed her nurses for ignoring me for over 2 weeks while ill, though the nurses were the only ones who actually helped me while there.
