The service has been quick each time I have been there. The front desk employees are a bit curt and robotic which isn’t that big of a deal but could be a little more friendly/welcoming. They won’t tell you if your insurance covers (even with referral) the visit which is a first at any doctor/clinic/hospital I have visited. Luckily I was on apple health. Easy to find, but leave early for parking.
I feel bad giving such a low rating. but after switching hospitals and paying bills elsewhere with the same insurance, they waaaay overcharge. Like 300 here compared to 40 at pacific medical (thats after insurance) The support staff arent very helpful either
The nurses and staff were completely uncompassionate and had huge lack in understanding. I went in there voluntarily for mental health reasons. They treated me like a common criminal once my boyfriend left to go home. They proceeded to violently beat me and wrongfully restrained me. They broke my glasses in the process. They injected me with three syringes full of tranquilizers all at once. If anyone saw the surveillance footage they would see I did absolutely nothing to deserve such treatment.
