My wife and I have been patients at Evergreen for many years and have always found them professional and reliable. They are a top 50 hospital in the US and so much deserve that recognition!
This office cancels appointment the day of the appointment because they want some testing to be done that they didn’t even order. I’m completely annoyed with incompetence of the staff who got audacity to cancel an appointment the day of and say that the doctor wants it to be canceled. They are obviously after insurance money. Don’t schedule appointments and make people wait for months and take time off work to cancel it the day off. I’m not taking lightly and go all the way up with complain. My husband had surgery here two days ago. Nurses were kind, encouraging, asked all the right questions and listened. Anesthesiologist was pro, helpful, and great. They got him in fast, kept me informed, and it was the fastest, most skilled surgery ever. With tears in his eyes, my husband said, "Everyone -- nurses, doctors--everyone-- was so nice. I love Evergreen!"
