I had my first experience with Evergreen on Saturday when my husband broke his heel. I really liked it, the staff were super welcoming, fast, and friendly. On Monday, the same experience during the medical consultation and CT scan. Today, the day of the surgery, was chaos! Little to no instruction on how to get to the surgery floor. My husband was on crutches and had to walk much further than he could manage. Absolutely awful, avoid this place at all costs. There’s no signage, the staff was not helpful, and the area, believe it or not, is not prepared to receive patients with mobility problems. I had ankle surgery and had to walk around with crutches, going up and down to finally see a small sign that redirected me to the outside area, drive around the building, and find the surgery area.
