As a healthcare professional myself, I found today’s (non)visit extremely frustrating! I arrived 15 minutes early for a 8:15 appt with Dr. Freeborn. Their office had called a few weeks ago rescheduling my original appointment from 9/24/25 to today. I waited for almost 1 hour and 45 minutes and left due to the length of time. I had a L4 L5 spinal fusion in April 2024, my experience left me feeling blessed. I am 15 months Post-Op and very happy with the results. I just turned 60 so I knew that recovery was going to take time and patience. Prior to surgery I literally could not walk, I had a cyst between L4 & L5 that had attached itself to my nerve root, talk about OUCH!! Jenny Harbers does not listen to her patients effectively. She disregards important information when charting and does not pause to take notes with patients. To make matters worse, the office staff is unreceptive to opening dialogue to address these issues.
Dr Hayward and team are the 🐐s. Great facilty, great care team (including admin) and amazing timely follow-ups.
Fantastic staff and knowledgeable surgeon. Will continue with follow-up care for my back here. Very detail oriented and explained everything thoroughly.
