Extremely rude and disrespectful staff. Doctors might be good but the staff are very difficult to deal with especially the receptionist. They don’t even talk to patients properly and completely ignore patients if they are 5 minutes late.
They just have so many hidden charges and are not very helpful when it comes to customer service. They keep punting from one department to another with literally no solution. They charge extremely high bills. Went in for an annual visit - which is basically supposed to be free. Yet was slammed extra office visit for just asking a question other than normal blood work.
