Can't get normal doctor appointments anytime within three months. It's almost like they don't want to help us. Urgent care? Why bother because they'll just tell you go head to your normal doctor anyway... in 3+ months...
Beware! My 15 minute visit cost $418.00! Just a follow-up to make sure my pneumonia was gone. It was. So just a quick listen to lungs and advice to continue to rest....$418.00 🤯
Update: just received a call since my original review to state that my charges do stand for an appointment I never had. Not only did I have to take off work so I lost money to go to this appointment, the doctor never showed up, and then I had to seek care somewhere else because I didn’t get what I needed. This is the most grossly negligent hospital I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to. Update: I finally got someone to actually help me for the first time. Still nothing has been resolved, but I do have to say I appreciated her help… Worst hospital and billing department I’ve ever head the displeasure of dealing with. Doc never showed up to my appointment, then called me later that night to give me a few minutes of her time. They billed me fully for this despite me immediately saying I don’t want to be billed for this.
