Dr Thurman is very knowledgeable & Helpful to patients
Can't get normal doctor appointments anytime within three months. It's almost like they don't want to help us. Urgent care? Why bother because they'll just tell you go head to your normal doctor anyway... in 3+ months... Edit: Since they don't tell patients this, here's the scoop. Don't use mychart scheduling for appointments. Don't call the phone line for appointments. I am writing this review following an extremely frustrating experience related to billing and communication after a routine annual physical with Dr. Raksha Nepal on December 13, 2024. I scheduled this appointment strictly as a preventive care visit, with no active concerns or requests for diagnosis or treatment. The appointment was expected to be fully covered by insurance. However, I was later charged $150.80 for an office visit and $723.38 for lab work, in addition to a $57.72 Vitamin D test that I knowingly agreed to pay.... read more

Beware! My 15 minute visit cost $418.00! Just a follow-up to make sure my pneumonia was gone. It was. So just a quick listen to lungs and advice to continue to rest....$418.00 🤯
