Lakeshore Clinic is an independent practice whose mission is to partner with paients and their families to promote wellness with compassionate, comprehensive care. We are a primary care clinic that enjoys treating the whole family. We have been in the community for 68 years and have two locations, one in Totem Lake and one in Bothell. We offer same-day appointments and our Bothell location is open on Saturdays from 9:00am to 4:00pm.

I wish I could give NEGATIVE STARS!! The bills just keep coming from a single visit even more than 6 months later! You get charged for the use of the exam room, for the x-ray, for someone to READ the x-ray, for the time with the doctor and so on! For another visit, I spent 5mins with the doctor, he told me there was nothing he can do for my back pain and offered physical therapy visits if I wanted. I declined and left. UPDATE- They aren't providing any details for which they have charged in office visit instead of preventive checkup. When the doctor entered the room, he explicitly told that this is preventive exam and anything other than that will need a different appointment to discuss and I said yes I understand. And now they bill it as in office visit without proving the details of what new diagnosis was made for which they are charging me! Seems like a scam! Don't bother coming here for a annual visit. No matter what happens, what you talk about, even if you have no problems, they will double charge you for an annual and an office visit.
Yes they bill you as an office visit for a preventive annual exam. Just answered doctor questions, and it's gets converted to office visit. Also I have no ongoing concern or not diagnosed with a new concern then how is it a office visit! I just read other reviews and majority of all are the same!
