Update: My last two phone calls were picked up almost immediately. Still hard to get appointment with my doctor but person on the phone helped me get an appointment at another Evergren office the next day. Old review - Friendly staff and reasonable wait times. However, I was on hold for 24 minutes to make the appointment. Only 3 stars because, ever since they got bought out by Evergreen, service and availability have seriously declined. I love Dr. Herron and the staff at their clinics. My love for Evergreen Health as a whole is gone. Since the pandemic things went downhill fast and remained there. To see my amazing PCP I must wait 3.5 months or more. When I do see him referrals don't always go out. Two referrals were not sent this last visit. One internal referral still has not called me after more than a month. I have been with Evergreen for over 20 years and have received excellent care with Dr. Esser and Dr. Aiyana Turpen-Scott. As one has retired, and the other is difficult to get follow up appointments with, I had the unfortunate pleasure of having Dr. Jamie J. Ham. Worst healthcare experience. No compassion. No empathy.
