I love Dr. Herron and the staff at their clinics. My love for Evergreen Health as a whole is gone. Since the pandemic things went downhill fast and remained there. To see my amazing PCP I must wait 3.5 months or more. When I do see him referrals don't always go out. Two referrals were not sent this last visit. One internal referral still has not called me after more than a month. I have been with Evergreen for over 20 years and have received excellent care with Dr. Esser and Dr. Aiyana Turpen-Scott. As one has retired, and the other is difficult to get follow up appointments with, I had the unfortunate pleasure of having Dr. Jamie J. Ham. Worst healthcare experience. No compassion. No empathy. I’ve been with Evergreen for 20 years and have always received excellent care! Dr. Aiyana Turpen-Scott and her assistant Tavilan at the Bothell location go above and beyond—my annual check up appointment was full of care, attention, and thoughtful guidance. As I enter my 40s, having a doctor who is supportive and thorough means everything. I trust this team completely with my health. If you want a doctor who’s warm, understanding, and truly informative, I highly recommend Dr. Aiyana Turpen-Scott!
Absolutely the WORST healthcare experience. I’d avoid at all costs. Billing is extremely confusing (their labs bill separately, which was easy to miss and felt overpriced), appointments are nearly impossible to get, and the equipment/processes feel outdated. I had Kaiser before this and the experience there was far better.
