Doctor we have is great, but my gosh the pre op clinic on 1st floor for blood draw is wildly forever a wait. Its 3ish pm and we have been waiting an hour or forever it seems by now. Apparently we are 2nd in line, but it doesn't mean you get the blood draw any faster. Its unbearable the wait. We normally have patience, but its ridiculous the time compared to other clinics we have done blood draws. Please get more employees to do blood draws. Normal wait times is 15 min to us when we go Optum.
My husband and I walked into Evergreen Healthcare Surgery center in Kirkland READY. Bossed up. Emotionally prepared. Spiritually aligned. I have been here twice for surgery now. Both experiences, I was taken care of with humanity and kindness. All the nurses, assistants, and surgeons answered any questions I had, and talked with me through the whole thing, which made the experience much less scary. Everyone here has such great professionalism, it's unbelievable. Post-op, my pain needs were always taken very seriously with immediate action. Thank you so much to Dr. Woodward, my surgical team, and all the nurses and assistants for being so great.
I have had a lot of medical procedures and my experience here last week was the absolute worst and most traumatizing. I was in recovery for 9-10 hours due to "no beds" available upstairs. I received improper care during this time as staff admitted they did not know how to care for the surgery I had. They also admitted they didn't know how to find the correct orders in the system.
