I can’t thank the staff of Evergreen Hospice enough. From the moment we arrived and went through a quick orientation to the daily/nightly staff and volunteers, everyone was fantastic. Each day nurses and providers would explain the steps, changes, and care. My family would especially like to Thank Ji and Farshad. They were so loving and caring and my family felt so special u see their care. Thank you for making my mother’s last days as comfortable as possible.

Please choose another facility, just do NOT choose this one for your loved one. The physicians here talked down to our family and even neglected to order the agreed upon medication and course of treatment. We really wish we’d chosen another facility for our loved one.

There are no words that fully capture what this place meant to our family and friends, but I want to try. My brother was in and out of this facility, going home in between when he could. Every single time he returned, he was met with the same warmth, the same dignity, and the same genuine care — as if he had never left. That consistency meant everything to us. Actually I wish I could give ZERO Stars. I was so disappointed with the hospice care that my husband received from Evergreen Hospice. He suffered much more than he needed to in his last week. I got almost no physical support for caregiving over the 3 months of his decline other than equipment and three 20 minute visits from a HHA (who was great!) due to delayed follow up by Social Work on his VA application for caregivers.
