Evergreen has been amazing. I provide in home care services to Seniors and when Evergreen hospice and home health are in place I know they are being well cared for. I do for sure want to give a huge shout out to Jennifer Smith the nurse with evergreen. She is amazing and really makes it easy for our caregivers to understand what she wants from them. I would recommend Evergreen to any of my clients that are looking for references on hospice and home health.
They took care of my fiance back in 2016. He died on 1-1-2017. He was very low income, and they took care of him for free. I will never forget their kindness
I do not recommend this service. The service was needed for literally the last days of our loved one's life. The team nurse made our loved one very uncomfortable with inappropriate questions and hostile behavior. Our loved one was coherent and advocated for herself but was ignored and argued with until we asked that the nurse be removed from the team. The communication was very difficult and appointments were missed/never scheduled. I even called Customer Service to request assistance. I never received a call back. This was ... read more
