I will start by saying that Kim at their patient relations department confirmed in writing that they do not sanitize their equipment immediately prior to internal use. They only clean it after each use but not again prior to it being used again. I point this out as after Dr Young performed a scope up my nose I developed a really bad sinus infection shortly after. Caveat Emptor! Their charges are over 10x what other outpatient clinics charge! I was really disappointed with my one appointment here and would caution anyone looking to seek care at this clinic. I met with doctor Young and am really concerned that there was a hidden agenda to jack up my bill as much as they could. They performed what I felt was an unnecessary procedure that took about 5 minutes. It was really downplayed by Dr. Young as just a minor thing to double check. They require an audiogram before you book a visit that is super strange . The receptionist decides if you can book an appointment or not
The person on the phone is quite unprofessional and rude. I tried to book an appointment for sudden hearing loss. They just told me that i need an audiogram done to book an appointment. When i had the audiogram done on Friday, they now told me i need a referral to book an appointment on Monday. Come on, can you say everything at once? And that’s with the audiogram from Evergreen facility showing a sudden hearing loss and suggesting a sensory hearing loss. 🤮
