I just wanted to write a review about my experience with David (that’s how he introduced himself which was fun). I was hesitant after reading the reviews about the clinic and wanted to share my experience. I am someone who has had a lifelong journey full of ENT visits and surgeries. I am so disappointed. I went and saw Dr. Cantu as I've been experiencing long term dizziness for 5 months after having vertigo for 5 days in September. The first appointment I tried giving a rundown of health issues I had been experiencing where I felt like he was not interested in what I was saying, and I just felt unheard. Then at the next appointment he asked me to go back over what I had been talking about because he saw another situation similar to mine. I came here today for the first time & saw PA-C David Cantu. He was unrushed, patient, and did a thorough exam of my nose and ears. He also spent time showing me the anatomy of the nose so I understood what was going on- this type of unrushed care is rare and I was extremely impressed- Highly recommend! Thank you!
This clinic has operation problem or the nurse on phone has issue. Both my and my son have been patient there before. They want me to get another referral before I can see the doctor there. Perhaps you should close your clinic if this is how you make things unreasonable difficult for people in need of help.
