I came here today for the first time & saw PA-C David Cantu. He was unrushed, patient, and did a thorough exam of my nose and ears. He also spent time showing me the anatomy of the nose so I understood what was going on- this type of unrushed care is rare and I was extremely impressed- Highly recommend! Thank you!
This clinic has operation problem or the nurse on phone has issue. Both my and my son have been patient there before. They want me to get another referral before I can see the doctor there. Perhaps you should close your clinic if this is how you make things unreasonable difficult for people in need of help.
Worst experience I’ve had at a ENt so far, a Asian lady called about my results and I asked for someone else to talk to and she said she would have someone call me back and never did so I had to call back almost a week later and same Asian lady answered and wouldn’t let me talk to anyone else. Do not go here they won’t take you seriously
