I followed Dr. Brzana to EvergreenHealth and absolutely love Dr. Brzana. I couldn't recommend her enough as an Endocrinologist. However, the rest of the staff are extremely incompetent. Consistently failing to follow up with promises they make between scheduling, faxing lab orders, or medication refills.
The worst place. I was referred by my PCP and called to make an appointment. They said they needed my medical records, which my doctor sent twice. They claimed they never received anything and gave zero advice on how to resolve the issue. The next time I called, they asked why I was referred, and after hearing the reason, they again declined to make an appointment, which honestly seemed very weird. It feels like they are choosing patients based on who will make them more profit
Edit: Kendall has been in communication with me and they are really trying to help me get the referral I need to be seen. I did increase my rating because of this. I definitely have a preference to only write exceptional reviews. If I get in and am taken seriously and listened to, that is my plan. People need to know where they can be taken seriously. I was referred to Dr. Brzana by my PCP and couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. She was friendly, compassionate, and an excellent listener. She took the time to be thorough, explained my options clearly, and never made me feel rushed. The recommendations she provided were very helpful, and I left the appointment feeling informed and confident about the next steps.
