Edit: Kendall has been in communication with me and they are really trying to help me get the referral I need to be seen. I did increase my rating because of this. I definitely have a preference to only write exceptional reviews. If I get in and am taken seriously and listened to, that is my plan. People need to know where they can be taken seriously. I was referred to Dr. Brzana by my PCP and couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. She was friendly, compassionate, and an excellent listener. She took the time to be thorough, explained my options clearly, and never made me feel rushed. I have been trying to get in since 9/2024. With a referral. Nobody ever contacted me to say I can't be seen with my T4 barely in range with a TSH of 0.01 for months. Now I am at 0.007 with abnormal T3 and T4. I am desperate and my heart is being affected, I have a low grade fever everyday, my bones hurt, etc. Before this, I was running, had energy and was amazing as an employee and as a person in general, spreading positivity.
