Avoid
Dr. Brzana is an angel and this is the third hospital system I've followed her to as a patient. Schedulers for this clinic are my biggest issue, because they regularly schedule me with the wrong person somehow (the diabetes educator instead of Dr. Brzana). The care I received from her is second to none.
Disorganized, lazy, and dismissive. They've earned these poor reviews. Find somewhere else to get care. The patient coordinator is horrible. It looks like many of the negative reviews also note that she is poorly skilled and rude. Sounds like that's a problem that Evergreen could quickly solve.
Seems ridiculous that they are not taking appointments from diabetics. What good is a Hospital if you can’t serve the people who already have a Doctor at Evergreen Health.
This place has become a joke. I had been seen by the clinic 3 years ago and yet they claimed that they do not have me in the system and needed a referral. Now, after reading a lot of the reviews, I am quite disgusted as to what they have been doing all this time and fleecing patients with facility fees, poor customer services and improper,perhaps fraudulent coding. I am thinking to flag this up for a class action attorney.
