The location of 'Evergreen Apartments ' is stellar due to its central location and Parkside settings. However, they do not have regular office hours they adhere too and rent tends to be on the high side for the age/quality of apartment living.
This was our first apartment ever. Inexpensive, quiet. Loved getting to know the retired people here. Was allowed to have pets, had a nice porch where we kept the grill. Good stuff.
