No proactiveness to help and employees on the phone talk in a belittling manner.
Every property sucks & they have management sleeping w employees.
Do not rent from them! I lived at a Lotus property and it was CRAP to deal with! When I finally got out of there, It took over 2 months to return my deposit. I had to contact them 3 times and they had 0 customer service or empathy. It was ridiculous to deal with. They also raised my rent after 2 months of moving in almost $200. As a single mother, I could not believe it. I have never written a review, but I think it’s important that people are aware and don’t waste their time or money.
I had a disappointing experience at Victory at Summit due to the level of customer service I received from the manager, Stephany. During my visit, I felt that my concerns regarding my lease and unresolved work orders were not handled professionally or respectfully. When I asked questions, the communication quickly became dismissive and unwelcoming, which made me feel uncomfortable as a resident.
