They have a couple that screams and shouts at each other with a 1 year old kid and the rest of the building at the expense of it, they have guys that blast loud shitty bass music with terrible speakers from their car that the whole parking lot can hear, we had the cops come to the place more than a few times with one instance being that things got really out of hand with people screaming at the top of their lungs at each other at 12 at night outside and someone threatened to hurt someone with a knife during the middle of tha... read more
Lewis and Neal always take care of any issues. It’s peaceful and never any nonsense.
I had bed bugs for at least 6 months called them numerous times no response now it cost me so much to buy all new furniture then he finally said this has never happened here ohh wait 6 years ago from 2020 it did an finally sprayed a few weeks before I left. On-site manger he is very strange. Like a few other reviews said yes you don’t get your CRP or your deposit back. After I cleaned the apartment right before I left. It’s a joke! don’t rent from there
The owners are completely horrible. Non-responsive, rude & unprofessional. The reviews here are true. They don’t fix anything!! don’t respond to maintenance request or calls (rarely or never.) If they get back to you it will be several months later, literally. The washer and dryer on-site never works properly. Messes clothes up or takes your money that you won’t get back.
