Run do no walk away from this place!! This is a horrible place to rent. Be prepared to not get your deposit back no matter how clean you leave it. Also beware that they will tell you things won’t come out of your deposit, then will change language whenever there is a lease renewal or management change they make you waive any rights to any deposit. They lie to get you in and they lie on the way out.
