I would not recommend living here. The lot rent has increased every year since I moved in. I started paying $850, and in just three years it has gone up to $1,030. I recently lost my job and started a new one shortly after, but the community would not give me any extension to wait for my first paycheck. They only allow a very short late period (with additional late fees) and then immediately issue a 5-day eviction notice.
