I would not recommend living here. The lot rent has increased every year since I moved in. I started paying $850, and in just three years it has gone up to $1,030. I recently lost my job and started a new one shortly after, but the community would not give me any extension to wait for my first paycheck. They only allow a very short late period (with additional late fees) and then immediately issue a 5-day eviction notice. I would not recommend this trailer park. There are many ongoing concerns that management doesn’t bother with but my biggest one is when I try to visit family I cannot park. They have 32 overfill spots that are ALWAYS full, with the same cars. As a visitor I feel like I can never go see family due to no parking and the fear of getting my car towed due to there never being any available overflow parking spots.
Its a nice peaceful place to live. Two parks for the children and an open field. There is a swimming pool for residents. Everything is well maintained and the HOA manager is very kind.
