The optometry team was extremely attentive and patient, and they really listened to what my child wanted. They helped us find the exact frame shape my child loved and guided us to the best glasses option overall. Excellent service from start to finish — highly recommended.
Great service! Receptionist are always so nice and are very thorough! The doctor is always so sweet as well and makes sure you are comfortable with what you need and isn’t pushy like other places, when I first got my contacts I was a bit nervous, but I needed a change since I’m always wearing glasses, they came quick & when coming in for a pick up they teach you how to put them in and they don’t rush you which is nice! But Overall I always have a great experience coming here !
Both my kids go here past 6 years for CRT lenses. Very nice experience.
I had bad experiences with her staff the past two times I came here. The first time one of them adjusted my new glasses and bent them out of shape. A month later the screw fell out and they weren’t able to fix it properly. The second time I came for a routine exam, the staff member was clearly in training and couldn’t work the machines properly. I now go to Silver Creek Optical (in Target) which is much better, the exams are actually performed by the doctor.
We have seen Dr Mindy Trinh for the last several years. We always have a pleasant experience. Dr Mindy is knowledgeable, helpful and patient when I have a million questions The office staff and assistants are always very friendly and helpful. When we need glasses they communicate in a timely manner for pick up and make any adjustments as needed. Love that they are close to home too.
