The doctor is so amazing, very sweet and kind, and also remembers her patients! She takes the time to listen to you and answers all questions in a clear thoughtful manner. Truly recommend going here!
The staff was very rude and unhelpful. They were acting very disrespectful to not just us but the other employees there too. We had gone in the other day thinking our glasses were fully payed for but they failed to explain to us that since we didn’t buy them that day it was an extra $50.
The optometry team was extremely attentive and patient, and they really listened to what my child wanted. They helped us find the exact frame shape my child loved and guided us to the best glasses option overall. Excellent service from start to finish — highly recommended.
Great service! Receptionist are always so nice and are very thorough! The doctor is always so sweet as well and makes sure you are comfortable with what you need and isn’t pushy like other places, when I first got my contacts I was a bit nervous, but I needed a change since I’m always wearing glasses, they came quick & when coming in for a pick up they teach you how to put them in and they don’t rush you which is nice! But Overall I always have a great experience coming here !
