Steer clear from working with this Law Group/ Kanika. Communication was frustratingly slow. It often took weeks to receive even brief responses, and phone calls were rarely returned. Important filings were handled at the last minute, and changes were made without our review or approval. During our trademark filing, we learned that some of the legal advice and filings from her team were incorrect, which required us to start over. Other trademark lawyers we consulted were surprised by the number of issues in our file.
