A good place to stay. The parking situation was a bit of a struggle at first, but they seem to have (mostly) resolved it. We have also seen increased responsiveness from management lately, which is nice. The location is great and the apartment is comfortable.
I have lived in this complex going on two years. This is probably the best, well managed apartment complex in which I've lived (prettiest, as well, interior paint is beautiful: celery green). Personable and friendly staff, even when one gets oneself into trouble on occasion by being "demanding!" Lease is tight, management implements the lease requirements which secures a safe, clean, quiet neighborhood for families, seniors and animals! So grateful to live here! On top of rent there you also have to pay for water sewer, and garbage service- ???!?!!
