I have lived in this complex going on two years. This is probably the best, well managed apartment complex in which I've lived (prettiest, as well, interior paint is beautiful: celery green). Personable and friendly staff, even when one gets oneself into trouble on occasion by being "demanding!" Lease is tight, management implements the lease requirements which secures a safe, clean, quiet neighborhood for families, seniors and animals! So grateful to live here! On top of rent there you also have to pay for water sewer, and garbage service- ???!?!!
Terrible management, horrible trash conditions, extremely overpriced, and the worst neighbors.
