These apartments are extremely poorly managed. The trash bins are overflowing, there is trash littering the ground, they leave the garbage area unlocked so the gate can swing open and hit peoples cars, There is no enforcement of policies regarding parking spaces leaving people unable to park in their own spot and it is impossible to get minor home maintenance taken care of. They ignore the property when there are winter storms leading to slick, unsafe walkways, stairs, and parking lot.
If you want to pay $1500.00 for an apartment with no parking, non existent management, overflowing garbage, people stealing from your deck and car, and noise pollution, This is the place for you😐
