Be cautious of surprise billing! I am frustrated at their billing practices. I came to this clinic because I am unemployed and uninsured and they offered competitive direct pay prices. I was completely transparent about my situation and communicated several times that I was direct pay. I opted to get some routine hormone testing after discussing the prices with the doctor, MA, and the receptionist/billing team at the front desk. All staff were so helpful and kind!
I came in because I was extremely unwell and in pain. This urgent care is the most pleasant urgent care I've encountered. I came in as soon as it opened and check in was smooth. Accepts OHP. Non judgemental. Clinic is very clean and welcoming. All staff are professional, compassionate and very efficient. They make sure all of your concerns are addressed. I felt safe with this staff. I have chronic illnesses along side medical anxiety and they kept me at ease. LGBT friendly!
Dr. Miller, Lindsay Dye PA and their staff are amazing! I have been seen here a few times and I always leave feeling like I was heard with compassion and guided with the best treatment plan. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a new doctor or urgent care needs.
