I moved in with a lot of issues, but thankfully the maintenance team is always ready to help and they’re always on top of things. However, I know that they are definitely short staffed and need more help. Overall, the community is dated and it looks like it needs a good power washing on the outside however, they do have good bones and because we have such a phenomenal maintenance team. It definitely makes me feel confident that things will get better over time.
I am very sad to see George leave. I've been here almost 12 years, George is the best maintenance man that we have had .this place will surely suffer without him .he's clean always does awesome work. Bring him back
Apartment Manager is a very professional person and carrying. I told her that I have recently migrated to USA and she was very kind enough to lease me an apartment and I was looking for a safe place to live happily. She gave me an apartment I truly love.She is personable and pleasant. Maintenance guy Mr. Jorge and his crew are great too. This is a family and pet-friendly complex yet is pretty quiet and the grounds are very well kept. The new maintenance man, George, is absolutely phenomenal and the new manager, Yahaira, is extremely nice and prompt. With that said, you're going to hear kids playing, dogs barking, and your neighbors occasionally. It's an apartment complex. You're also going to have issues with your unit, the buildings are not new and you're not at a Hilton. Just be realistic and be respectful and you'll love living here.
Do not apply here. They are intentionally and fraudulently posting units that ARE NOT AVAILABLE on multiple websites, including their own. They are intentionally frauding you out of the $50 application fee and hard running your credit for absolutely zero reason. You have to SPECIFICALLY select the “available” listed unit in your application, which will likely NOT be available.
