BEWARE! BEWARE!! BEWARE!! Find somewhere else. Don’t put yourself through it. They have a policy that you can’t pay online on your move-in day. And if you do, they won’t give you the keys and they will still charge you rent for the time you didn’t have access to your apartment. Save yourself the headache.
Great place too live maintenance is really great work done right the first time Office management really friendly n helpful grounds kept so beautiful pet friendly too 🥰
Maintenance is slow & clumsy, they don't fix shit until months after you need it & neighbors are arrogant & loud. Don't live there if you don't have to
I moved in with a lot of issues, but thankfully the maintenance team is always ready to help and they’re always on top of things. However, I know that they are definitely short staffed and need more help. Overall, the community is dated and it looks like it needs a good power washing on the outside however, they do have good bones and because we have such a phenomenal maintenance team. It definitely makes me feel confident that things will get better over time.
I am very sad to see George leave. I've been here almost 12 years, George is the best maintenance man that we have had .this place will surely suffer without him .he's clean always does awesome work. Bring him back
