The community here is very quiet. I like the visitor parking space and also finding a regular parking space is always easy too. Every time I stop by I feel safe and secure here. Lived here from 2014 to 2017. Units are well maintained, quiet community, close to many great things and great highway access. Great prices and responsive maintenance. When we lived there Jim was the maintenance manager and he was incredibly responsive and FAST. Plenty of parking. I am a home owner now and live out of state, but if I had to move to Menomonee Falls and rent a solid apartment, I'd live here again.
