Grateful they had an apartment available for my brother. They watched out for him on a limited basis. When he passed away during Covid time period, I did not care for the move out process. I was gauged on rent at an accelerated rate. Had to pay for cleaning (it needed it though). But a few weeks later, after all I paid them, they still were going to charge me a $1.00 balance instead of writing it off. So a bittersweet experience. Grateful and disappointed.
The community here is very quiet. I like the visitor parking space and also finding a regular parking space is always easy too. Every time I stop by I feel safe and secure here. I do recommend stopping by or living here too. Well that's all I have to say honestly. Thanks for reading my review. Peace ✌️

Lived here from 2014 to 2017. Units are well maintained, quiet community, close to many great things and great highway access. Great prices and responsive maintenance. When we lived there Jim was the maintenance manager and he was incredibly responsive and FAST. Plenty of parking. I am a home owner now and live out of state, but if I had to move to Menomonee Falls and rent a solid apartment, I'd live here again.
