This place was advertised to me when I moved here as student housing , however I didn’t live with one student , just older men in their 40’s who were very anti social and strange . Almost felt like a half way house . Don’t let the price and the location fool you , the land lord Marcos never turns up the heat in the winter so the rooms are like jail cold . If it wasn't for this place, I would not have been able to move to Boise! Room for rent at reasonable prices!
