On Wednesday April 9th, I ran into an issue with updating the new system. I called Bolt Storage and talked to a very nice lady,MARIA. She immediately took care of my issue and told me everything she was doing to help me. Very knowledgeable of her job and put me at ease of helping me. Stayed on the phone with me until I was able to see on my end it went through. Very kind and pleasant lady.
