We needed some specialty roofing work for an historic theater and did not have any available options in our local area. Although located out of town, ESR promptly came for a site visit and provided a reasonable bid so that we could keep our project on track. They communicated with us well during the planning for the project, did an excellent job on the specialty roofing work, and were a pleasure to work with.
UPDATE: I reached out to the owner, and he clarified the warranty. He was able to have his employees come out quickly and inspect the roof and attic. They replaced some of the the vent caps. I'll have to see how it holds up during the rainy season. In the future, the reps should be communicated with in order to give the correct information on the phone. 0 stars . ESR’s fast, curtious and professsional crew had my roof finished in two days. Jordan suggested the black gutters and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
