The work on the roof appears to be done correctly but the way their crew gets the work done is the problem. They didn’t lay any tarps down and they threw their trash everywhere. They have left countless nails and screws littered all over the property. My wife has been impaled in her foot twice by them.
We have this roofing company over at Westridge apts here in tumwater and let me tell you, these reviews must be for residential housing where the work is more scrutinized. So far we're in 8 days on a 5-6 day job while the workers chuck large pieces of roof, metal, nails, energy drinks, and every other conceivable piece of debris directly onto the ground near my windows. Josh and his Team of roofing professionals recently completed reroofing our home in SE Olympia. Evergreen's pricing and proposal was the best of four that I reviewed and am certainly pleased with how our project was delivered. From tear-off, to removing and replacing numerous sheets of damaged strand board, I was always made aware of the status of costs as well as the Crew ramping up with additional roofers to keep the original schedule. No complaints from this happy customer and I hope you will consider them for your roofin... read more

From start to finish, their entire crew was friendly, professional, communic... read more
Tim and his crew spent quality time replacing my roof with the materials needed. If I had questions, Tim, was eager to answer and made me feel like I was important. The crew arrived when they said they would be here and worked very hard to complete the job. Another major component for me, was the fact that they stressed safety - kudos! My yard got a once over multiple times by each and every worker that was here and then another group look over once the job was finished. I am very pleased with the work and would highly recom... read more
