Unless they write their own reviews not sure how they get 5/5. Twice scheduled, never showed up. Not even a courtesy call

Better late then never. I want to commend Rich Able and Cliff for the excellent job that they did on my Whidbey Island home removing a furnace and heat pump and replacing with new units. My best wishes for a Merry Christmas
