Rich, Abel and Jarod arrived exactly when they said they would and did a great job installing our new heat pump. They worked efficiently and left the place looking like they had never been here when they were done. In fact, I would say punctuality is this company's strong suit as I had Keith come out the following week to answer some questions and he was right on time, as was the electrician who has a couple things to finish off.
