These apartments are usually quiet, have friendly neighbors, and an excellent all-around management crew. Some tenants are a little suspicious, at times, but I have not seen or heard of any partying and noise from anyone near me at any times of the day or night. Nice pool, but not very deep. Exercise room is small and in need of repairs the last time I was in it.
I have lived here for a couple years now and I really cant say anything too terrible. The apartments are roomy (for 2 people), its convienient and close to everything (blocks from the mall, gas station, restraunts, highway access, and downtown). The only complaint that I have would be the days it takes for the snow removal (which they have actually contracted with a new company and now its done before I even get up in the morning). The apartments are roomy. It takes forever to heat the apartment in the winter. Trees are overgrown and need trimming or cut down. Management does not answer the phone or messages for days or ignores maintenance complaints. The swimming pool and the exercise room are included in the rent. No key or mention of the exercise room is given to the tenant unless they ask for a key. The pool is not in working order...This complex needs help!!!!
I live in these apartments and i totally agree with the previous comment. I transfered to a newer one. we were told the stains were completely removed from the carpeting and they wernt. the pantry is falling out of the wall. there are massive holes in the celing. someone left urine in our toilet and and left urine all over the floor... and worst of all we have been without heat for three days. Heat is provided in the lease agreement. Make sure you check the place over before you sign your lease agreement.
As far as the apartments go, they are roomy and for the most part in good shape. However the maintainance for the apartments is poor. They really dont show any compassion for their tenants needs. In the winter it takes them a good day or two to get the lots and sidewalks cleared of snow and ice. And in the summer, if you have a problem with the air condintioning unit, your out of luck.
