the management here is not good, when you go to talk to them about the place they praise it saying its a good place when they actually have to do their job its no good. the hallways smell bad and the maintenance is bad have had to call the cops a few times due to loud people and nothing gets done find somewhere else to go not a place for you or your family

If you can find a better place, find it else where. – The Hallways smell like a zoo and the dryers never work. Maybe one out of 24 tenants are kind to you. The floors, ceilings and walls are always loud with tenant expressions. Garages are never available. The mood of management seems unsure at times. Mail and packages are never secure. The one good thing I can say is if you have children there is a very nice playgroud and plenty of playmates. Have had to call police a few times.

Unless you like laudromats... – I never considered myself spoiled when I lived in an apartment building that had dryers that could dry clothes on one paid cycle. The only good thing I can say about living here is the floorplans are good. The dryers don't work, my neighbors are loud (I've even called the police twice), the snow doesn't get shoveled from all the walkways and the hallways smell funny.
