Love the hot pool and the sauna.
Not a great experience. I took my friend for her birthday. And her therapist was more on her phone and did messages one handed. I had the same my therapist had her ear-pods in and I could hear the sound of her ear-pods. The head massage was horrible, done with 1 hand and inconsistent messaging’s. Definitely not worth the money. Something that should have been a relax fun day turned out completely awful.
Great place to relax, all it needs is more regular clean of the facilities; mold on some of the pillows in the chill out space, mold in the corner of the cold baths, there are some flies/bugs hanging out in the vitamin C shower and maybe a clean of the sinks. There is soap holders but no soap inside them, I'm thinking that it might be a handy idea to have them filled too. I love this safe, clean and lovely environment for women only. They are amazing here with a beautiful menu of offerings and services. We as women have the right to be pampered, comfortable and respected in the day spa industry without being oogled and without the male gaze. Plenty of spaces exist for men only so why not this for us women? If someone wanted to open a spa like this for men, they could. Or one that’s mixed used but with seperate area for women and women.
