I like here enjoying very much. Only little details need to be done . Water of the bath looks not clean enough Temperature is bit low … facility not clean enough
Not a single mention on their website that the sauna is FEMALE ONLY. Disgusting sexist policy. It would appear that men can pay for any other service/therapy there but the sauna is off limits.
Refused entry as the venue is ladies only. The website features multiple images of men using the venue and limited mentions that the venue is ladies only, I was under the impression that only some services were ladies only. The entry definitely has a different vibe to the website. I also asked if they knew of anywhere else that I could sauna and ice bath and was just told to google it. Fantastic quality service.
Had the Bestie package for my birthday and enjoyed it so much, the massage was one of the best I have had in Australia, we really didn't want to leave, All day spa , no stress in watching the time ... it was clean , the lady at the reception very Friendly and explained everything in details, will definitely go back ..love it
Place for all relaxation. All beauty services in one building (massage, nails service, haircare and facial skin service). Hotel prices are quite reasonable.
