I booked a winter pamper package for $150. Relaxation massage, body scrub and face mask. Worst experience ever. Constant interruptions and changing of masseuses. I think I had 3 by the end. At one point there was a loud argument in the room about who should massage a client with swollen ankles. I also had to remind them that it was meant to be a 90 min session not 60. We had a group booking and the reception lady went to give us a tour. Gave us no notice that the spa was a nudest spa! We walked in completely unaware, no signs or warnings. Naked women everywhere scrubbing themselves in the hot tub water. The pools weren’t even cleaned, you can see mould in the silicone which is disgusting. Than we were nervous for our massage. This place is a Gem! I didn't realise it was a Japanese onsen till I walked in :) I love that there is no time frame. I felt unhurried and was able to take my time and fully relax. They even have a little space outside where you can lounge and just be. 10/10 Will return 💗
Got a parking spot right in the plaza - don't worry, parking is validated! Was shown into the facility by the lovely lady on the front desk. There is a hot pool and a cool pool (not freezing like some spas but believe me it feels plenty cold enough after the hot pool or sauna) as well as shower facilities, a lovely bathroom with hair dryer and big well lit mirrors, and lockers.
