I stayed in evergreen south 5 years i had a great experience maintence was nice & fast on the job staff was very respectful neighborhood was clean the office kept the trash picked up in surrounding areas clean my kids was able to play outside with out any fights i loved the area i was in Im so thankful for evergreen miss you guys office staff rock . Never had issues
Beautifully maintained apartment complex with good management, and upkeep. I highly recommend checking it out if you are in need of living arrangements.
