Beautifully maintained apartment complex with good management, and upkeep. I highly recommend checking it out if you are in need of living arrangements.
Great staff, wonderful property manager Wendy always ready to help. Steve aways fixes any maintenance issues very quickly. Josh keeps the property grounds looking good.
Wonderful community, great management and the grounds are amazing. Joshua, who is one of the groundskeepers, does a wonderful job and is super polite. Since he got hired in, the property looks even better than it did before! I highly recommend checking out Evergreen South if you're looking for an apartment complex that strives to exceed expectations!
They kick butt at getting things done. And e0veryone is so friendly. Great place to live or work at.
