Staff are kind which is why this is getting an extra star. I hope your process is updated in the future, and insurance is run in the very beginning. I first made a new patient appt online as i had tooth pain, but then I got a phone call that the website lets you schedule appointments that are no longer available and I was rescheduled for 2 weeks later. I wasnt informed my insurance isnt in network until the day of the reschefuled appt. I have delta dental ppo so it should have been in network but apparently no one but my emp... read more
