Very friendly clean and very friendly staff
Best decision ever to put my mom and auntie in Evergreen Senior.. The management team has been absolutely amazing.. Gloria (the property manager) went above and beyond normal expectations to make the entire application process much more bearable. The property/grounds inside and out are kept immaculate. Gloria makes sure her residents are her top priority and does a great job at finding engaging activities for them to enjoy.. I could go on and on with the accolades but I know I would run out of typing space..
First off I would like to give a big thanks to Gloria Crowell. She is such an amazing person! She has went over and beyond with helping my grandmother get everything she needed and settled into her new place. This place is so wonderful and my grandmother is so happy that she is somewhere like this that she can call home. Gloria was amazing! My mother in law relocated from California. The process to get her into Evergreen Senior Apartments took about a month. The online computer system was simple to use. Gloria was a tremendous help in making sure we had all documentation needed for approval. id like to say a few things concerning our new mgmt. first of all, our bldg looks better than it has looked in a few years. it is so much cleaner and brighter, we ,actually want to come out and socialize w/ our neighbors. our new cleaning guy does an awesome job,also.our new mgr actually listens and is making a big difference here. Kudos, ms gloria. keep up the good work.
