It’s NOT a good place to live if you have more than 2 vehicles. It’s not enough parking, there is NO visitors parking either .
This place is going downhill with management’s changes. The location is okay, but the apartments are moldy, and management does nothing to fix it. Not worth risking your health. Plus, rent is now about the same as other (better) apartments in the area. For the price of rent and what you get, I’d go with a different apartment complex.
Lived here for a year, the maintenance staffs were amazing and friendly and very responsive. But the buildings are old and have thin walls. I could hear every single thing from my upstairs neighbors. The corporate company just does the cosmetic fix but nothing much to maintain the buildings.
Quite, Peaceful, friendly maintenance staff (quick and helpful), safe. Good place to live. Got 80% of my deposit back after carpet cleaning , unit cleaning and utilities.
