The place is nice, alot of broken closet doors and handles that doesn't get fixed. New owners changed it to family apartments and is pushing out the college students because they know we cant pay 750. No help finding roommates they place it all on us. No warning that there was going to be new owners either. Left in the dark. The old owners were actually nice and laid back but the new ones are changing everything and forcing us to struggle to find a roommate or a place to live. Everything is over 750-900 now. Two stars simply considering the apartment itself could have been much worse and the remodeled units are nice. Not a terrible place to live my first year as a broke college student that had to walk to Ridgewater, but once Suite Liv'n took it over my second year I couldn't wait to move out. No warning about the change. Noticed fewer students and more families in the complex after. There's litter everywhere since they added a vending machine in the laundry rooms. SL is buying up many properties in Willmar so they're difficult ... read more
