Review from tenant currently living in a 2 bedroom unit ⚠️Wasps in apartment thru vent ⚠️Furnace is ancient and they won’t let you get it serviced by anyone but their tech. ⚠️Windows leak bad ( I have a moving blanket stapled over my bedroom windows to keep cold air out 9 months out of the year& plastic over the living room window. ⚠️Utility bill is still over $200 and I keep it at 66-69 degrees because I don’t want to pay more.
