Great Land Lord. Very understanding
These people are total scum. I told them there were rats and mice and they never laid out traps. After my food got destroyed and I had to throw away everything! I decided to take things into my own hands. This is who I found this morning. White claw for scale......
Do not work with the this company. They're borderline slumlords and have no interest in taking care of their tenants. The gas appliances are dangerous at the Charwalde location, the washer dryer in the basement is disgusting and makes your clothing more dirty, the portable AC requirement is inhumane considering the temperature the building gets up to is NOT livable, the response time on repair calls is shotty at best and overall the value of the property does not match what you are charged.
I just moved into a unit on one of their properties, and so far I have not had the bad experiences that others have mentioned in negative reviews. Carol, the leasing specialist that worked with us, was great. She showed up to every appointment, answered every phone call/message and was very helpful during the entire process. The unit was move-in ready on the date we were told. It was clean, and it had fresh paint and new carpet.
