Been living here for 8 yrs , the lady in the office has an attitude like she doesn't want to be bothered with ppl. They sent me a 300 dollar water bill, had no leak, they need to replace these old bathrooms with new equipment you can only patch things up for so long. ZERO STARS! If you want the best for yourself steer clear of renting from these people. They will give you the run around on fixtures, from basic to needs for months unless you threaten with escrow. One of if not the worst rental company I’ve dealt with in the state of Ohio. Was harassed over violating a rule that DID NOT EXIST in my lease- when I called to request copies I was ignored for weeks. Fast forward to the next month and I’m being asked to leave, “though it is in no way related to the notice,” I was assured. Photos have been attached here as proof showing the lease I signed to and rule the property was given notice for.
