ZERO STARS! If you want the best for yourself steer clear of renting from these people. They will give you the run around on fixtures, from basic to needs for months unless you threaten with escrow. One of if not the worst rental company I’ve dealt with in the state of Ohio. Was harassed over violating a rule that DID NOT EXIST in my lease- when I called to request copies I was ignored for weeks. Fast forward to the next month and I’m being asked to leave, “though it is in no way related to the notice,” I was assured. Great Land Lord. Very understanding
These people are total scum. I told them there were rats and mice and they never laid out traps. After my food got destroyed and I had to throw away everything! I decided to take things into my own hands. This is who I found this morning. White claw for scale......
Do not work with the this company. They're borderline slumlords and have no interest in taking care of their tenants. The gas appliances are dangerous at the Charwalde location, the washer dryer in the basement is disgusting and makes your clothing more dirty, the portable AC requirement is inhumane considering the temperature the building gets up to is NOT livable, the response time on repair calls is shotty at best and overall the value of the property does not match what you are charged.
