Laura and Patrick have managed my property since acquiring Evergreen. They have found two qualified and excellent tenants within two weeks of it being available for rent. They are very responsive to communications and any concerns or maintenance projects that are needed. I am very comfortable with leaving my property under their management knowing it will be well taken care of.

As a renter, I've received quick responses when there were water and sewer issues (it's an old house!) and timely reimbursement of materials for minor repairs I did myself. Bobbie handles everything in a professional and friendly way -- thanks, Bobbie!

I have had excellent experience working with Evergreen Real Estate & Property Management. Bobbie is who I work with the most, she's fantastic. The communication has been excellent, I get emailed or texted ahead of time whenever there's someone coming over (to clean roof, maintenance, etc). Their rentals are priced fairly, which is how I got started with them in the first place.
