had a very disappointing experience with this clinic’s customer service. The person I spoke with over the phone, Peyton, was unpleasant, rude, and not helpful. I simply called to ask for assistance on behalf of my patient, yet her tone made me feel as though I had done something wrong. Honestly a terrible experience. Came in to pick up a knee brace that had to be custom ordered. Provider made alterations to add a kneecap brace. First time I tried to walk with it on it slid down my leg. He suggested I try it directly on my skin instead of on my pants. When I asked about alterations I was told that his next patient had arrived and I would just have to wait. He got up and left the room. After waiting 20 minutes I gave up and decided to leave.
