I was referred here by my wound care doctor across the street at the hospital. I needed something called a CROW boot (which ended up being a big black walking cast). Jay was wonderful to work with. The first thing he told me was, "knowledge is power" and I could tell he believed it. Jay was very familiar with diabetic issues and he explained every step of the process, what to look out for, how to wear, and care for my CROW boot. It took just under two weeks from start to finish.
